So lovely to watch the boats and enjoy the lake. The lush Drexel Boulevard parkway has recently refurbished paths for shady walks. It is a mere 10 minute drive to the Loop along the majestic Lake Shore Drive. The building was a well regarded condo conversion in 2004 with 2 elevators, a lovely formal building foyer, an equipped exercise room and a parking lot with a deeded spot that is included in the rent. Also included is heat, internet access, hot water and upkeep on the building. While your heat is paid for by the landlord, you have individual controls so you can always be at the temperature you like. Central A/C too. You'll only need to pay an electric bill and cable if you want it. Experienced landlord is also a licensed designated managing broker in Illinois.
